故障一：液压升降平台下滑。
Fault 1: Hydraulic lifting platform sliding.
产生的原因：常闭阀脏或单向阀脏、应急螺旋没有旋紧以及油路漏油或油缸内泄。
Causes: dirty closed valves or one-way valves, unscrewed emergency spirals and oil leakage or cylinder leakage.
排除的方法：可拆下常闭阀或单向阀清洗或更换、旋紧应急螺旋、检修油路及油缸。
Removal methods: removable normal closed valve or one-way valve cleaning or replacement, tightening emergency spiral, maintenance of oil pipeline and cylinder.
故障二：液压升降平台泵站不打油。
Fault 2: Hydraulic lifting platform pumping station does not oil.
产生的原因：
Reasons for this:
在电机电源不正常或反转时候、油箱无液压油或油量不够时、滤油器堵塞严重时、常闭阀脏或者常闭阀与电机同时通电时、调节阀设定压力不足或者齿轮泵设定电压不足时、液压油老化变质、应急螺旋没有旋紧、吸油管与齿轮泵处链接松动、漏气时。
When the power supply of the motor is abnormal or reversed, when there is no hydraulic oil or insufficient oil in the tank, when the oil filter is blocked seriously, when the normal closing valve is dirty or the normal closing valve is energized with the motor at the same time, when the setting pressure of the regulating valve is insufficient or the setting voltage of the gear pump is insufficient, the hydraulic oil deteriorates, the emergency screw is not tightened, the suction pipe and the gear are not tightened. When the link at the pump is loose and leaks air.
排除的方法：

真确连通电机电源或调整转向、添加液压油、清洗滤油器或更换液压油、拆下常闭阀用清洗剂或煤油清洗、正确接线，电机通电时常闭阀断电、调整压力阀、更换齿轮泵、更换液压油、旋紧应急阀、紧回吸油管。
Really connect the motor power supply or adjust the steering, add hydraulic oil, clean oil filter or replace hydraulic oil, remove the cleaning agent or kerosene for the normal closed valve, clean and correct wiring.
