升降机工作1500小时后，对机械、电气系统进行小修。

设备维护与保养

经常检查各部的连接情况，如有松动应予拧紧。机体连接螺栓应在机体受压时检查松紧度（可采用旋转臂的方法去造成受压状态），所有连接稍轴都必须有开口销，并需张开充分。
Check the connection of each part regularly, and tighten it if it is loose. The body connecting bolts should be checked for tightness when the body is under pressure (the compression state can be caused by the method of rotating arm). 安装、拆卸和调整回转机构时，要注意保证回转机构减速器的中心线与齿轮中心线平行，其啮合面不小于70%，啮合间隙要适合。
